Astrielle collects only what we need to run membership, volunteering, blood matching, and replies to your messages.

What we collect

Depending on the form you use, this may include your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, chapter or area, organisation details, blood group and donation history, emergency contacts, department preferences, a photo, payment proof (bKash/Nagad TrxID and screenshot), and the message you send us.

Who can see it

Only Astrielle admins and editors can see form submissions. Public pages never show donor names, phone numbers, membership applications, or payment details. The blood board shows blood-group totals only.

How long we keep it

Membership and volunteer records are kept while you stay involved with Astrielle. Blood donor and request details are kept for matching and follow-up. Contact messages are kept long enough to reply and coordinate. We do not sell your data.

Request deletion

To correct or delete your information, email info@astrielle.org with enough detail for us to find your record (for blood data, use the subject “Blood data deletion”).
